How to print all labs on one page using iKnowMed, they print one lab test per page?

In most of the cases, the printing is configured through the Print Preferences from the Print Window. For apps like iKnowMed, the printing is done through templates, meaning that you will have to contact the developers of the iKnowMed to provide a template that can be printed differently than the one you currently have.
Having trouble installing so I can use this foot pedal. I was told this is the only compatible pedal for this software; however, I am unable to use it at this time. I have no support where I work other than "make sure you purchased the right pedal." I did. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The Infinity IN-DB9 should come with its own Support Disc. Insert the disc in your computer and the proceed to its installation. Launch the software and follow the wizard. You might need to unplug then plug it back. Additionally, after this process access Device Manager (Start > Run > devmgmt.msc). Make sure the pedal is properly installed. It's usually found in the Sound category. If you see a yellow sign, right click it and select Update Driver. Make sure you are connected to the Internet and let it update itself. After this operation, the pedal should be detected. There is a possibility the driver wasn't installed properly because it's not compatible with your operating system.
